Nara Therapy Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Nara Therapy ("Nara", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Nara App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility To use the Nara App, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration To access certain features of the Nara App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Nara App

• Personal Use: The Nara App is intended for personal use only. You agree not to use the App for any commercial purposes or in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
  • Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or the servers or networks that host the App.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems or networks.
  • Engaging in any activity that could harm or exploit other users.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer The Nara App provides mental wellness support, including therapy and meditation services. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Nara App.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content available on the Nara App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Nara Therapy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• User Content: By submitting content to Nara, including feedback and suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

7. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Nara App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Plans: Nara offers various subscription plans for accessing premium features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes.
• Billing: Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of the subscription period and each renewal period. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these amounts.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period.

9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Nara App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nara Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Nara App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
