Welcome to the Nara Provider Portal, operated by Nara Mind Inc., located at 701 Ellicott Street, Floor 2, Buffalo, New York 14203 (“Nara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nara Provider Portal (“Portal”) and related services. By registering for or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Provider Responsibilities

• Only licensed mental health providers are permitted to use the Portal.
• Providers must verify their professional licenses with Nara prior to use.
• Providers are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and professional regulations when using the Portal.
• Providers remain fully responsible for their professional judgment, treatment decisions, and clinical care.

2. Services Provided

The Portal enables providers to:

• Assign therapeutic homework and exercises.
• Monitor client moods, anxiety, and depression levels.
• Review and oversee client interactions with Nara’s AI.
• Schedule and manage therapy sessions.

The Portal is intended as a tool to support — not replace — professional clinical judgment.

3. Data Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

• Nara stores Protected Health Information (PHI) and complies with HIPAA as a Business Associate.
